Executive Summary
I Will Impact is established for the charitable purpose of advancing Christianity worldwide, our current focus is in Latin America, specifically Venezuela. I Will Impact shall accomplish this charitable purpose by providing teaching and instruction through discipleship on the doctrines of Christianity. Our Life Team in Venezuela shall provide Biblical resources including Bibles, Christian books and execute Bible studies to the public in an effort to advance Christianity in the regions of Venezuela

Competitive Advantage
I Will Impact has differentiated from other non for profit organization in several ways, primarily because we work directly with the Impact Makers. We are working directly with trusted local officials that are directly in the heat of the struggle. The local officials will be using social media to help everyone to have a first eye view of the local situation and to help understand how financial contributions are directly helping those in need. Our focus will be to help those in need and allow contributors to understand how each dollar is being spent as we focus on traceability and financial integrity.

I Will Impact shall raise funds necessary for operations through a number of fund raising activities, including and not limited to events, auctions, 50/50 draws, donations, bake sales, potlucks and primarily through sponsorship and partnerships with local Churches and charitable organizations.
The funds will be directly applied to the day to day operations of our locally established non for profit organizations. As a financially responsible organization I Will Impact takes financial integrity very seriously and we will perform due diligence to ensure the funds are being in the right areas. We will perform screening exercises to ensure local partners are trusted organizations and we will only work will with trusted local officials. The funds will primarily be distributed through electronic banking.
