Luis Lezama Biography
My name is Luis Enrrique Cárdenas Lezama, I was born in Margarita Venezuela on November 21, 1998. I lived together with my father, mother and sister. All my life I have stayed in Margarita. At the age of 15 I began to know about Jesus and thanks to my sister, I began to know more about Christianity.
Throughout my life, I could see how people gave their lives to Jesus, but I did not begin to fully accept the Gospel until I was 17 years old. This is when my life changed drastically and I started to experience the power of the Gospel in a very different way that I expected, based on what I heard preached in Venezuela. Since accepting the Gospel of Jesus, I have experienced healing and I’m thankful through God’s Power for this extraordinary experience. Thanks to my brother in law, I have been able to truly understand and really know the Gospel and apply it in my life. Now I know that I will be able to impact many people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Role
My role in is to preach, teach and demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we believe the good news can have a great impact on the lives of people. I participate in most of the events that I Will Impact organizes to help the homeless and other who are in need. There are very few who have this sort of passion to give their lives and do whatever it takes to help those on the streets.
Experience
I have seen how the Gospel has broken the hardest of hearts of and change people who were adamant that they would never accept God. I have seen and performed many healings for illnesses and life threatening deceases. I believe we are the ones who can make a difference and impact many lives by being obedient to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Why I Choose to Volunteer and Help
I chose to volunteer because this experience gives me the necessary tools to be able to exercise what I love, and to do it for God. Since I met The Lord, I always wanted to be part of such a foundation to be able to help people I need. I feel great joy and peace in helping people; our work with I Will Impact has been a truly rewarding experience. Every day I get to experience and see how people are being impacted thanks to the power of God. Best of all this little grain of sand will totally change the world.
